Our first client, Southeast Toyota, sought a benefit program that would differentiate their vehicles in the market.  Cross Country designed a roadside assistance program to be used as an enticement with a new vehicle purchase, to establish the credibility of their brand, and to provide customers with the assurance that should there ever be a need, help would be available 24 hours a day.

Cross Country rapidly grew into the dominant player in the automotive OEM roadside assistance marketplace.  Today, Cross Country’s clients include nearly 70% of the automotive brands sold in the U.S., as well as key service contract companies.
